The Crown PZM-11LL is an electrical outlet box-mounted microphone designed to resemble a light switch, making it an ideal tool for security and surveillance applications. Pressure Zone mics are omnidirectional boundary microphones. They can be placed on a large surface such as a table, floor, wall, or lectern. As the first licensed manufacturer of the Pressure Recording Process (the foundation of PZM technology), Crown has developed the most successful line of PZM microphones available today. The PZM-11LL has a line-level output with screw-terminal connections and can be powered by 24V AC, 12-24VDC or 12-48V phantom power. Since the PZM-11LL has a high output, it can be plugged directly into a VCR line input -- no costly mic preamp is needed. The PZM-11LL is paintable to match any surface.
